What this policy covers

This policy applies to nemawashitools, available at www.nemawashitools.com. The service provides single-purpose browser tools for working with files and text.

Files and text you process

Many tools process files and text entirely in your browser. For those tools, the content you select is not uploaded to nemawashitools.

Some tools may use a server-side fallback when browser-only processing is unavailable or unsuitable. In that case, the submitted file is kept only for the time needed to complete the requested conversion and deliver its result. The input is deleted when conversion completes; an uncollected result is deleted after its short job lifetime.

We do not use submitted file or text content to train models, build advertising audiences, or sell it to third parties.

Service data and cookies

We use an anonymous, first-party cookie to keep a browser session associated with its tool jobs and free-use ledger. It does not require an account or contain your name.

We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand aggregate site use, such as page visits and interaction events. We use this information to operate and improve the service.

How we use and share information

We use limited operational information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve nemawashitools. We do not sell personal information or share submitted file content for advertising.

Service providers that host infrastructure or process payments may handle the limited information necessary to provide their services. They may process information only under their applicable terms and instructions.

Retention and security

We retain only the operational records needed to run and secure the service. Job records keep metadata such as tool name, file size, file type, and processing time; they are not intended to retain file content. We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
